RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund or return. To be eligible, please reach out to us within this window at support@veridex.store with your order number and the reason for your request. Our support team, led by Vera, will get back to you at vera.veridex@gmail.com.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@veridex.store with:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- A brief description of the issue (e.g., changed your mind, item arrived damaged, wrong item received)
Vera will respond from vera.veridex@gmail.com within 24 hours with next steps.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Change of Mind Returns
If you simply change your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Return Shipping
If a return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we'll cover return shipping costs. If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Non-Returnable Situations
We're unable to offer refunds for requests made after the 30-day window has passed, or for items returned in a condition that shows excessive wear beyond normal inspection.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@veridex.store. We process orders quickly, so we can only guarantee changes or cancellations made within a few hours of purchase.
