1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During high-volume periods (promotions, sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer. We'll notify you by email if there's any significant delay with your order.

2. Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 5–12 business days, depending on your location. Total time from order placement to delivery is generally processing time (1–3 days) plus shipping time (5–12 days).

3. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's progress.

5. Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, occasionally shipments are delayed due to circumstances outside our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, weather events, or other unforeseen disruptions. We appreciate your patience in these situations and will do our best to keep you informed.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@veridex.store and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.

7. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows your order was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, as packages are sometimes marked delivered slightly before arrival. If you still can't locate it after 48 hours, contact us at support@veridex.store and we'll help investigate.

8. International Orders

Customers outside our primary shipping regions may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
